Software Engineer (MLOPs & Infrastructure) (m/f/d)

Are you an experienced software engineer with an interest in computer vision and a hands-on mentality, and are you comfortable working with people, robots, and operating rooms? Then we are looking for you and your skills for our location in Magdeburg!

Your playground

Supporting the deployment and operation of computer vision models in medicine
Setting up a test pipeline with a focus on explainability and robustness
Setting up a CI/CD pipeline for our ML components
Managing and monitoring Kubernetes clusters and HPC resources
Maintaining and optimizing databases and server infrastructure
Helping to develop validation strategies in accordance with regulatory requirements

You can impress us with this

Desire to revolutionize medicine and break new ground
2-4 years of professional experience in software development or DevOps
Experience in the MLOps environment
Experience with test automation, software performance monitoring, and GPU systems
Interest in medical image processing
